Meeting: 2nd Wednesday of the month at 10AM
The Finance Committee works closely with the Association Treasurer and reviews the financial status of the Association, which includes the operating account, reserve account and any other money account designated by the Board of Directors. This Committee reviews investment opportunities, meets with Association engaged investment counselors and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors which will enhance the Associationís financial stability by protecting principal, increasing possible revenue and assuring an adequate cash flow to meet the Associationís financial responsibilities.
     Members of the Finance Committee must have a financial background or competence in accounting, auditing, investments or related fields.
