Know the Rules

Community Rules Summary

These are quick-reference summaries. For the full, binding rules please refer to the Community Rules & Regulations document in the Documents section.

Lake & Watercraft

  • All watercraft must display a current IMLCA sticker
  • No-wake zone within 100 feet of all shorelines
  • No motorized watercraft on any lake
  • Swimming is permitted only in designated areas
  • Lake access is for residents and registered guests only

Roads & Parking

  • 25 mph speed limit on all community roads
  • No parking on roadways — use driveways and designated lots
  • Oversized vehicles and RVs may not be stored on lots
  • ATVs and dirt bikes are not permitted on community roads
  • Yield to pedestrians and cyclists at all times

Property Maintenance

  • Grass is to be kept under 10 inches tall
  • Swales must be kept clear & free of obstructions
  • Garbage must be cleaned up and removed from property
  • Outdoor home repairs may require a permit

Trash & Recycling

  • Trash is collected curbside every Monday — 6 container limit
  • Recycling picked up every other Wednesday
  • No burning of trash or household waste
  • 1 bulk item is allowed every Monday
  • Littering in common areas is subject to fines

Fire & Safety

  • Fire Pits are allowed, but no open burning
  • Fire Pits must be within 25 feet of a water source
  • All Fire Pits must be UL approved
  • Check our website and gate signage for any burn bans
